Just me coming to encourage you to FIGHT for your PEACE that the enemy wants to steal and destroy!

Having coffee with friends this morning was just want I needed to let some steam off, you know we women love to jabber and let all the week's stuff off our chest. Once that's done, then we can get down to business and see how each other is really doing - some of us NOT good! 

Chaos is ALL around us - family issues, in the news, the weather, the neighbors - you name it .... chaos resides. The swirling thoughts we have are crazy at times and sabotaging - self destroying - hopeless - anger - fear. That's enough - you know what I mean!

So, what do we do? Well, typically we will isolate ourselves because we think we are ALL alone in our swirling thoughts. That is dangerous and just what the enemy wants. 

We are more than conquers - we are the apple of our Father's eye - we have been set free by the blood of Jesus Christ - we are not what we used to be - we can NEVER be separated by the love of God (Romans 8:37-39). 

We need to speak life back into ourselves or have a friend help us - text a friend - say, "Please pray for me." 

Read something. Listen to worship music. Watch an encouraging video. Do SOMETHING that begins to bring life and PEACE back into you. You've got it in you - you are a fighter!

Here is what I did for myself today - I wrote these statements on an index card and stuck them in my pocket to remind myself to read them when I'm stuck in the junk. They are listed below: (These may not apply to all of what you are going through - but they may - if not, go spend some time with God to listen to His still, small voice to hear what He is telling you to work on.)

Please know I am always encouraging you - even though we are not face-to-face many of you reply to emails and I think of you and say a prayer of thanksgiving for putting you in my path of life.

You are LOVED and cherished!

• Walk in PEACE
• Show PEACE to others
• Let PEACE give me JOY
• No ugly looks on my face
• Let me light shine - Be the LIGHT!
